Welcome to After Hours Miami (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your purchase of tickets or reservations, and your attendance at any events we host or promote (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our site or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing any ticket, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; and
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or use our Services.
By using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
We may refuse access or cancel a booking if we believe information provided is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms.
3. Tickets, Pricing & Payments
Currency & Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before purchase is completed.
Deposits & Charges. Some events require a non-refundable deposit (for example, a $50 reservation fee) that is applied toward the treatment price at the event.
Payment Processing. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or similar. We do not store your full payment card details.
Final Sale / Refunds. Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are generally only issued if an event is canceled or rescheduled by us or the provider, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Events & Providers
After Hours Miami curates and organizes after-hours beauty events with licensed medical and aesthetic providers.
All clinical treatments are performed by independent, licensed professionals (“Providers”), not by After Hours Miami.
Providers are solely responsible for:
- Medical assessment, treatment decisions, and informed consent;
- Compliance with medical, health, and safety regulations; and
- Maintaining appropriate licenses, insurance, and professional standards.By attending an event, you acknowledge that After Hours Miami is not a medical practice and does not provide medical services or medical advice.
5. Event Policies
Conduct. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, Providers, and other attendees. We may ask anyone to leave for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Timing. Events are scheduled for specific dates and time windows. We may request that all guests arrive within a certain check-in window (for example, no later than 9:00 PM) to keep the evening running smoothly.
Changes. We may update event details—such as time, location, Provider, or available treatments—at our discretion. If material changes occur, we will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders using the contact information provided at booking.
6. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree that you will not:
Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy content;
Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content; or
Resell or redistribute tickets purchased through our platform without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or Services for any violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the After Hours Miami website—including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and design—is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without our prior written consent.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Information on our website and at our events is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only and is not medical advice.
Any decision to undergo a treatment is made between you and the Provider. You should discuss risks, benefits, alternatives, and post-treatment care directly with the Provider and consult your own healthcare professionals as needed.
Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website or booking system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security issues.
After Hours Miami and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Your use of the website or booking platform;
Your interactions with Providers; or
Any treatment received (or not received) at an event.
To the extent we are found liable despite the above, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the relevant ticket(s).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless After Hours Miami, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of the website or Services; or
Your conduct at or in connection with any event.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
